As Director of Operations, I oversee both our Commercial Flooring and Concrete + Epoxy Flooring divisions. I am responsible to ensure 1) that our teams are operating efficiently, 2) that the expectations of our customers are routinely met and exceeded and 3) that Capozza grows as an industry leader in commercial flooring. I joined Capozza in 2009 and hold a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. When I’m not working I like to golf, ski, and kicking back with my wife Emily, sons Henry + Caleb, and dog Parker.
