We are currently seeking experienced Tile and Vinyl Installers to join our growing Installation Team. This is an opportunity to become part of a company known for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and a strong team culture built over more than 50 years in business.

The ideal candidates will have experience installing ceramic and porcelain tile, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), sheet vinyl, and other resilient flooring materials in residential settings. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining professionalism on the jobsite, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Installation of ceramic, porcelain, and specialty tile materials
Installation of LVP, LVT, sheet vinyl, and other resilient flooring products
Surface preparation, layout work, and finishing details
Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Communicating effectively with Project Managers, team members, and homeowners
Delivering work that aligns with Capozza’s Elite Standard of Service

Qualifications:

Previous tile and/or vinyl flooring installation experience preferred
Construction or flooring experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable transportation and a strong work ethic

Starting pay begins at $25/hour and up based on experience.
