I started working at Capozza Floor Covering Center in 2019, and I have gone through a lot of changes and growth here. My background has been mostly retail and construction, so Capozza seemed like a good way to blend it all together. I’m very grateful to be part of such a fantastic company.
I’ve been fortunate to progress my career path under the Capozza leadership. Originally, I was hired as a Warehouse Attendant where I was able to learn about the company, culture, structure, and workflow. After about 2 years, in April of 2021, I was promoted to the newly created position of Assistant Facilities Manager. As the company continued to grow and prosper, I helped implement many changes that improved our organization, storage capacities, and strengthened communication across all the Capozza divisions that we assist. With the help of a great Warehouse Team I was again able to excel and in December of 2023 I was promoted to my current position of Warehouse Manager, and I can’t wait to continue “living the dream” here every day.
I was born and raised here in Maine and wouldn’t have it any other way. In my off time I can usually be found helping family with many of their construction projects or living it up outdoors fishing and hunting.
