Project Spotlight

The Capozza commercial team recently completed the new construction of the Pen Bay Medical Office Building in Rockport with Hebert Construction. The two-story 50,000+ sf project included approximately:

3,000 square yards of sheet vinyl, some with flash coving and designs
2,000 square yards of carpet tile
3,000 square feet of rubber tile and stair treads
3,000 square feet of ceramic floor and wall tile
12,000 lineal feet of cove base

The project was managed by Dave Bernier and all work was completed by Capozza installers in a duration of four and a half months. Whether it was days or months, most of the team spent some time in Rockport. The project was led by Ben Schlingman, who with Noah Dow was on the job from start to finish. The facility looks great and this project was another positive steppingstone toward the commercial team’s goal of completing larger scale projects.
