We’re seeking a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse Team Lead who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in consistent, high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone with a leadership mindset who can independently manage daily warehouse operations while supporting our Warehouse Manager with facilities, and grounds maintenance. You’ll serve as the go-to leader for the warehouse floor—organizing materials, guiding the team, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly with minimal oversight. This role serves as a key liaison between the Warehouse Manager and various departments, ensuring materials and logistics are handled efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5 pm), nights and weekends as needed. While prior warehouse, flooring, or construction experience is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate. Compensation is dependent on experience.
