Project Spotlight

The Commercial Team is in the home stretch at The Verdante Condominiums at Lincoln Park. Located in the hub of Portland’s Old Port, Verdante is a large-scale condo project Capozza partnered with Wright Ryan on for The NewHeight Group. This contemporary urban living structure boasts 6 floors, 29 condos, private decks, unobstructed views of the city’s skyline, fitness room, and a green roof.

The scope of this project for our team included approximately:

35,000 square feet of engineered hardwood with cork underlayment
12,000 square feet of ceramic floor and wall tile, including custom showers and exterior tile
200 square yards of broadloom carpet
500 square yards of carpet tile

Started by Mike Marzilli in September of 2020, Mike Webster managed through to completion of this beautiful new space. The ceramic installation, which included the bathrooms, some unit entryways, laundry facilities and the stunning wood-look building entrance, was performed by our sub crew RF Tile. The extensive hardwood installation was led by our team members Nick Federico and Roger Bentancur. To date we have been able to photo document the second and third floors and hope to visit the completed site soon.
