Organizational Changes

Congratulations are in store for a few of our team members who have been promoted from within over the last quarter.

Clint Shiffer was recently promoted to Commercial Project Manager.  For Clint’s first six years with the Capozza Commercial Division he had worked in the field with our installation crews.  More recently, Clint was assisting Marc and the Commercial Project Managers with jobsite coordination and operations.  Clint’s immense industry knowledge will prove to be an asset to his transition into Project Management.

This Spring some necessary revamping in our Warehouse has created more defined roles for our team members, lending to improved processes and communication throughout the company.  Jessica had a title change from Warehouse Manager to Facilities Manager.  This change better aligns with Jess’ evolved duties which includes management of the building and grounds on Warren Ave., vehicles, and warehouse.

Aaron Thebarge was promoted into a newly defined position of Assistant Facilities Manager.  His new responsibilities focus on supervising and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse.  Aaron’s initiative and dependability have stood out over the past two years, and we are excited to see him grow within the company.
