Our commercial staff is comprised of experienced project managers, former installation personnel, knowledgeable office support staff and next generation individuals who are passionate and dedicated to our philosophy, rules of engagement and mission. As a team we constantly strive to educate ourselves to keep up with the latest designs and technology ensuring cutting edge products and craftsmanship are delivered to you. Each and every staff member shares an immense pride and satisfaction from the beginning of every project through completion.
My career in the flooring industry began in 1971. I have traveled throughout the country expanding my knowledge and expertise until settling in Maine. In 1999 I joined Capozza Tile Co., in their commercial division as an installer and by 2005 had worked my way up to Field Operations Supervisor. My knowledge and years of experience, combined with a dedication to our clients are the tools that allow me to oversee the installation process and ensure completion with the highest level of professionalism. In the field I supervise the installation crews, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, coordinate with the Project Managers and clients to ensure completion of project within the timeframe agreed to, and make certain that the crews are properly trained and equipped for all tasks. I have been happily married for twenty seven years and have two children, one of which has followed in my footsteps and works on the Capozza Commercial Division Installation Crew. I enjoy the outdoors and working on various projects in my spare time in my workshop.
The Warehouse is the hub of operations for all three of the Capozza Tile Co. divisions. Product and materials for every job is handled by our dedicated warehouse division’s staff. I joined the Capozza team in August of 2010. My history in wholesale, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking made me the perfect fit for this operation. Our experienced team coordinates the commercial installation crews at 6:00 in the morning and quickly transition into receiving and customer relations throughout the remainder of the day. As a warehouse team, we strive for excellence. We are dedicated to customer service through attention to detail, respecting all individuals, teamwork, follow through, and having a little fun.
In 2003, I began working for the Capozza family at the Old Port Specialty Tile store front. Over the years I have worn many hats within the organization from accounting to management and a little of everything in-between. I have co-managed the Old Port store for the past ten years and find my role to be evolving again. I now serve as a conduit between the three divisions of Capozza Tile Co. by leading the company’s Public Relations Campaign as well as partnering in our Leadership Team. My goal is to align a company wide marketing, public relations and on-line presence strategy. My commitment to our mission and vision as well as to the community, drives me to want to promote the company as one united team that can assist you with all of your flooring needs.
